Highlights! Avila Steamrolls Mazany In 22 Seconds At UFC On ESPN 10

Rising women’s bantamweight contender Julia Avila gave fight fans another sub-one minute finish earlier tonight (Sat., June 13, 2020) at UFC on ESPN 10 live on ESPN/ESPN+ from inside UFC APEX in Las Vegas, Nevada, when she steamrolled veteran Gina Mazany via 22-second TKO (punches).

Avila wasted no time rushing inside and landing a brutal knee to Mazany’s stomach. Mazany started to stumbled backwards to cover up but that provided Avila a window of opportunity to unload a barrage of punches. Most of them connected and Mazany was forced to curl up along the cage as the referee waved the action off.

With this performance, Avila locks down the most dominant win of her MMA career and pushes her professional record to 8-1 (2-0 UFC). The 32-year-old contender proved she is a very dangerous finisher tonight and should quickly find herself in a matchup with a top 15, if not top 10, opponent her next time out.
