Police visited mom before she drove van into ocean

Rescuers pulled three children out of a minivan after of a pregnant mother deliberately drove it into the Atlantic Ocean on Daytona Beach. Police had visited the mother after her sister called 911. They noticed she was acting strangely but did not see a reason to take her into custody. Michelle Miller reports.
