Future of primary voting for 17-year-olds in Colorado

For the first time in state history, eligible 17-year-old Coloradans were able to vote in a primary election this year. But an amendment on the ballot in November will ask voters if only U.S. citizens age 18 or older should be able vote in federal, state, and local elections. Nicole Hensel, executive director of New Era Colorado, joins "Red and Blue" to discuss the importance of young voters.
