UFC on ESPN 8 video: Miguel Baeza starches Matt Brown after wild first round
UFC welterweight veteran Matt Brown nearly folded Miguel Baeza in half. Then Baeza made Brown taste canvas. In between, they battered each other around the octagon.
That was just the first round.
After getting his mouthpiece forcibly removed in the opening frame, Baeza quickly got the last laugh with a fierce left hook that again sent Brown to the mat and brought a stoppage from referee Jason Herzog just 18 seconds into the second round.
Check out the finish.

Baeza picks up his second UFC victory and the recognition of Brown, who said prior to the matchup’s postponement due to the coronavirus pandemic that he didn’t know his opponent.
Brown goes back to the drawing board after a pair of highlight-reel knockouts in fights against Diego Sanchez and Ben Saunders.
