Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) president Dana White may not be “panicking” over the widespread coronavirus pandemic, but former UFC women’s bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey is pulling out all the stops in preparation for the outbreak.

Rousey, who is married to fellow UFC veteran Travis Browne, lives on a ranch in California and prides herself on being self-sufficient. The former combat superstar has lived a life of sustainability over the past few years and is now reaping the benefits even more during a time of uncertainty.

In a recent video submission to Instagram, Rousey takes a moment to show her fans the inventory of food and water she is stockpiling at her ranch in preparation for any fallout from the coronavirus. From a fridge full of meat to Tesla batteries used to power her home, Rousey showed off everything she’ll need as local stores continue to be ransacked. Check out the video below:

“It’s no secret I’ve been a proud preppier for years- but let’s all learn from this pandemic panic and be a little more self sufficient and prepared in the future. Taking steps to live sustainably takes time but ultimately saves money, permanently eliminates water and power bills, reduces our carbon footprint, and is just plain healthier. We started @browsey_acres with just a compost bin and a few boxes of @soylent, which then became just a small herb garden, then a full garden (admittedly still under construction) then a few chickens, then a few more chickens (and ducks!), then a whole steer, then a solar roof, then a water catchment system. Start small! Just start! Let’s stop panicking and start preparing! Stay safe out there and #StayRowdyMyFriends!” wrote Rousey.

While Rousey is likely overstocked for whatever is coming her way at least she is prepped to the gills. The former UFC champion hasn’t captured victory inside of the Octagon since a knockout of Bethe Correia back in 2015, but she is the clear winner here.
