New calendar could revitalize the way we think of time

Humans have long been obsessed with measuring time, and nearly every civilization has tried to track time with a calendar. Now, two professors at Johns Hopkins University are the biggest backers of a brand new calendar that would eliminate leap years and standardize dates to be the same each year. Jeff Glor reports.
